I signed up for the 2 weeks unlimited to try out a new studio! I really loved the varieties of different classes and how welcoming the studio was! Me and my friend Makenna really loved Lyra and Ashley! She was awesome, so supportive and encourgaing for our first time! All the instructors have truly been great to work with it. I have loved every class, I'v done bungee hit, hot power, pilates, tone 45, & warm flow! And can't wait to experiment with other classes! Kim has also been wonderful! Truly, has been so kind everytime I come in and has made the studio feel like a home. I look forward to coming to class and always being open to trying something new. I loved it so much, i ended up doing the annual membership! And even got a nice thank you card with all the member signing it , which I thought was very sweet. Overall, has been a great experience, I would recommend!!

I first visited Release a few years ago and it is now my second home. The entire team has always been welcoming, friendly, and so fun! A wide variety of classes are available, engaging workshops are continually offered, the wellness services/massages are fantastic, and the boutique is always stocked with a fantastic selection of clothes, jewelry, and yoga accessories. So happy to have found this studio!
