Oak Hollow Acres is a family-run Nigerian Dwarf goat farm in Southeastern Wisconsin, operating for two decades. The herd began in 1998 when the owner acquired a pygmy buck named Rudy, later shifting focus to the Nigerian Dwarf breed after receiving a spotted doe named Abiygal (Abby) as a birthday gift. Alongside goat yoga, the farm breeds show and milk-line goats and produces natural goat milk soap under the sister brand Serenity Soap Works.
Sessions center on "Gentle Goat Yoga" and "Goat Therapy & Snuggles," built around a gentle vinyasa flow. The philosophy incorporates "spanda," or inner creative vibration, emphasizing connection with innate playfulness. Classes run for one hour and feature Nigerian Dwarf goats. Early in the season, baby goat yoga takes place inside the owner's house, with baby goats brought directly to participants. Starting in June, classes move outdoors to a shaded, grassy baby goat pen set within the farm's scenic woods, where both baby and adult goats interact with attendees. After class, participants can take photos with the goats and purchase farm products including goat milk soap, bath products, organic pasture-raised eggs, and meat.
The indoor early-season format distinguishes Oak Hollow Acres from operations limited to barns or fields. The farm's agricultural foundation runs deep: the herd maintains strict health standards, testing consistently negative for CAE and Johnes with zero history of CL abscesses, and synthetic wormers or antibiotics are used only when absolutely necessary. The operation functions as an integrated ecosystem. Goat milk feeds into Serenity Soap Works products, while the farm sustainably grows organic heirloom flowers, vegetables, and herbs used in the soaps, and keeps bees for wax and honey. The farm also extends its reach through off-site partnerships, hosting goat yoga at venues including Old World Wisconsin, and sells goods at the Mukwonago and Waukesha Farmers Markets.
Booking is by appointment only through the website's e-commerce system, by calling 262-492-4010, or emailing abby@serenity-soapworks.com. Gift cards are available in selectable amounts. The 2026 outdoor schedule includes May 23 (10am-11am); June 13, 20, and 26 (9:30am-10:30am, with June 26 at 6pm-7pm); July 11, 17, and 25 (9:30am-10:30am, with July 17 at 6pm-7pm); and August 8 (9:30am-10:30am) and August 23 (11:30am-12:30pm). June 20th is designated a Fathers Day Special. Indoor baby goat yoga dates are posted separately. Participants must bring their own mat or towel. Classes are weather dependent, with refunds and notices communicated via Facebook.
Children are welcome, provided they can remain engaged for the full hour-long class. No minimum or maximum age is specified. Classes require a minimum of 10 participants; if fewer register, the session is canceled. The farm also offers private goat yoga sessions, with details available upon inquiry.
