Received dangerous and reckless driving from the same individual two rides in a row from this company. The first ride the driver backed out of our driveway blindly and took out our mailbox. He acted like he didn't notice until we asked him to stop. Decided to give them another try 2 weeks later. This time the same driver literally drove through the middle of our front yard while leaving. He buried his full size van in the ditch and had to call a tow truck to get out. Didn't even come to our front door to let us know what was happening. We now have 2 huge ruts in our front yard. Do not ride with this company if you value your safety or personal property.

Called for a ride at 330 for a 4p pick up and almost an he later no show no call no answer. I’m being forwarded to voicemail. If I could give negative stars on this experience I would. Communication would have been nice so I could call another ride before it was too late. ———- edit*** I just talked to them it’s now 4:50 and there was way better communication and I felt like they tried to make it right which is a win in my book so I’m recanting my grievance.

The owner Bruce picked me up for my ride today. He was friendly and chill and opened the door for me. Prices are reasonable and van is handicapped accessible. Definitely would recommend to anyone! Also quick pickup and safe driving!!!
